A normal human expects 100 strands of hair fall per day. In a normal condition hair growth should also take place at same rate. Take natural oils like coconut, canola, and olive oil in equal proportions. Heat them up. After a boil, keep the mixture aside till it cools down to room temperature. After this, massage your scalp with the oil and leave it on for an hour. Before shampooing, cover your hair with a hot towel for 15 minutes, then wash with a mild shampoo. You may notice the difference with first wash itself.

Natural Juices

Take juices of natural ingredients like garlic, orange or ginger and rub it on your scalp. Keep it for overnight and wash it another day with daily mild shampoo.

Daily Massage

Giving your scalp a daily massage of 5 minute improves blood circulation and keeps hair follicles active. Use essential oils like lavender or bay oil in an almond or sesame oil base to improve circulation of scalp.

Green Tea Antioxidants

Brew two bags of green tea in a cup of warm water. Apply this solution to your scalp and leave it for an hour. Then rinse off normally. Green tea contains antioxidants that helps in preventing hair loss and improves hair growth.

Controlled Diet

It has often been noticed that the root cause of hair fall is stress and improper diet. Thus, it is always advisable to follow these small steps:
  • Be sure to take adequate sleep that restores your normal health.
  • Exercise regularly. Take meditation hours to control stress.
  • Include efficient amount of proteins, vitamin C, Omega 3-fatty acids, and iron in your daily diet plan. All these vitamins and minerals helps in controlling hair fall and promotes new hair growth.
