  1. As soon as I start to feel the formation of a canker sore in my mouth, I immediately swish Hydrogen Peroxide in my mouth for about a minute. It kills it right then and there!!! If you wait too long, it won't work.

  4. I gargle with Listerine. As said in the above article, heredity is an issue and my father and sister have the canker sore issue as well. We have figured out brand name and original Listerine works well in cutting healing time by at least half if not less.

  5. I treated it with shewing 2 clean olive leaves. And try to reach the canker sore by the mixture of your saliva and the shewed olive leave. It is a bit painfull but it relieves the heal. You may need to redo this for just once or twice. I did it myself really useful.
